Software for the neighbourhood counter
BizzGrid is for small businesses in India that sell appointments, stays, or memberships — salons, clinics, gyms, coaching, hotels, and local shops. One product, not a different app per trade.
Create an account, name the workspace, add services and customers, and publish a public page. India time is already set. Larger plans simply give you more room.
Security (what exists)
- Email and password sign-in. Passwords are stored with BCrypt.
- Session cookies (httpOnly) for the web app. Access tokens expire in 15 minutes. Remembering a device keeps the refresh cookie for 30 days; otherwise it lasts for this browser session and no more than 12 hours.
- Each workspace’s data is isolated by business id. Owners of one workspace cannot open another workspace’s customers.
- Email verification is offered but not required to sign in.
- A platform operator can disable a workspace. We do not claim SOC 2, ISO, or other certifications.
What we do not claim
No customer logos, growth percentages, or paid case studies appear here unless they are supplied in the product. Messaging, assistant, and email stay off until those services are connected. Legal pages: Privacy and Terms.
